- We have 2.3 acres of parkland at 225 Baypointe given to the city already. We're hoping to purchase one of the adjacent parcels to 5 acres.
Fairfield has released some conceptual drawings for their Baypointe projects: first picture, second picture, and third picture.
It looks like PDC05-124 has fallen through. They appear to be going forward with PDC06-061. Old info from PDC05-124:
