    The $92 million, 500,000 square foot initial phase of the Sony Northwest
    Operations Center is scheduled for occupancy Summer 1993.

    This facility will provide for a consolidation of the eight Sony business
    units currently in leased facilities at five locations (thirteen buildings)
    in San Jose/Sunnyvale area:

        * Business and Professional Group
        * Component and Computer Products Group
        * Sony Microelectronics
        * Sony Intelligent Systems
        * Sony Semiconductor and Systems Laboratory
        * Sony Electronic Publishing
        * Consumer Service Center
        * Sony Family Center 

    The 38 acre site at Zanker Road and River Oaks Pkwy is masterplanned for a
    million square feet with an occupancy of 2600 employees.
