Howdy,

Don't know if this has already been suggested, or is some other plan is already is place. 
I just wanted to throw this up regarding traffic concerns.

We should try to force the city to terminate river oaks parkway where it 
meets Research pl, as well as block off Village Center drive where it meets Research.

If we can get this done, then river oaks (and the seely option) can be only be used to get to to Elan, 
Villagio, Galleria, Mill River, Crescendo, Parkside, and Avalon; this is, the "residences." If there is any 
entrance to the offices next to Parkside, we need to make sure people do not use that to by-pass the roadblock. 
Even better is to seal that entrance.

Then, the residents of the new "Sony" apartments as well as the Cisco people, and anyone who 
needs to get to the proposed building on River Oaks (near Cisco way), will have to resort to Zanker or Research.

End result: less traffic and hazards on River Oaks.
